The Callout Network began trading under its current name on 25 October 2026, according to a submission from Darren Carter at the company.
It connects enquiries with contractors and technical specialists, discussing the work required and helping arrange quotations. Enquiries can relate to fire, flooding, leaks, storms or impact damage.
Depending on the property and the work needed, services may include building repairs, drying, drainage, contents, flooring and surveys.
Coordinating the work
The company says its role is to bring the relevant services together. Technical decisions remain with the specialists responsible for the work, and the business does not decide whether an insurance policy covers the damage.
